The easiest way to book a shoot is to email me at mark@markwayner.com. Leave me the property address, the owner’s name and phone number, as well as any other information regarding the property itself. You can also use my contact page to set up a shoot, or call me at 440-821-9179.

The turnaround time residential and commercial architectural and interiors varies from a week to two weeks.

Once I have finished editing the photos and your payment has been made, I will send over the files as either a Dropbox link or Microsoft One-Drive link where you’ll be able to download the entire set to your computer.

FAA law restricts the flying of sUAS (drones) within 5 miles of major airports (Cleveland Hopkins, Burke Lakefront). Please contact me to see if your property qualifies for legal flying according to the FAA airspace laws. Check out this blog post for more information.

For Commercial Projects:

The cost of a project various, depending how you intend to use the photographs. Usage Fees, also known as Licensing Fees, reflect the value of the usage for each image or set of images in the assignment. This price is determined by a number of considerations, including how widely the images will be viewed, reproduced and distributed. Normally, the more extensive the usage, the higher the fee.

That being said, project fees starts at around $800 for the most basic package of 3-5 images with very minimal usage fees.

If you have any questions about what is involved with the usage fees, feel free to view my Licensing Fees Questionnaire. This won’t spit out a number necessarily, but will provide you with a backbone of the information I am seeking when a project is requested.

Payment is extremely simple – After I shoot the property, I will send an invoice to your email. You will have the option to pay via check or credit card. Once I receive your payment, I will send a receipt and we will be good to go.

To get started with a quote for the licensing fees for your project, you’ll be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire. This which may be higher or lower than the actual final cost, but we’ll sort that out once we get to the meat and potatoes of your project request.
